At the beginning he becomes a friend with an author Mr. Henshaw and he kept on sending letters to him. And then he started writing a story on how to amuse a dog some of the letters where questions. Also he put a burglar alarm on his lunch bag so no one will steel his food. And in the he started writing dear mr.pratend hens haw on his letters because he thought he was not real. At the end he could not find out how to get his parents together and the problem and the solution he tried to get his parents back but he could not.

I would not recommend this book to a friend because this book is kind of boring and I do not think they would like it very much.

In Dear Mr. Henshaw the story starts when Leigh Botts’ teacher reads Ways to Amuse a Dog by Mr. Henshaw to him and his class. Leigh liked ways to amuse a Dog so much he wrote a letter to Mr. Henshaw for a school project. In the middle of the story, when the problems start is when Leigh’s dad, who is a trucker loses Leigh’s dog bandit. Leigh also discovers someone keeps stealing food from his lunchbox. Mr. Fridley, the janitor suggests he put a burglar alarm on his lunchbox. The end of the story Leigh finally gets the burglar alarm and the thief never stole anything again. Also Leigh’s dad shows up with bandit. He said he contacted another driver on his CB radio and that the driver had bandit. But Leigh loved that his dad had driven like one thousand miles for him.

I would recommend this book for you to read because it’s not like any book I’ve ever read it’s very very unique.

SOUNDER- AA

In the begging the boy and his father take sounder to find food in the woods for dinner.They come back with little food but enough for every won to eat some.One day the dad went in the woods alone with know won he did not even bring sounder .When he came back in the morning he came back with a big ham.Then a loud knock at the door ''OPEN UP THIS DOOR '' says a deep voice the dad opened the door the loud deep voice says ''SOME WON STOLE A HAM''the dad took the blame then the loud deep voice man shot sounder and the dad went to jail.The dog sounder ran of and did not come back.One day the dad came back and so did sounder.Then the dad and sounder died.

I would recommend this book to a friend because it shows that not everyone has a good life like we do and it reminds me that my life is lucky.

In the book Sounder their is a boy (no one knows his name) and Sounder (a coon dog).The boy's family is very poor.Winter comes and it becomes hard to find food.The family relays on kernals.The boy's father becomes desprate for meat and steals some ham. The sherffe comes to his house and takes his father to jail.He also shoots sounder. The boy looks for sounder and his father.Finally after years and years his dad and sounder come home.Hia dad was cought in a dynamight blast.Sounders missing a eye and ear. LC.

Sounder is a brave coon dog.His master sometimes took him hunting.The little boy, his siblings, his parents, and the great coon dog Sounder are struggling to stay on their feet.One morning when the little boy wakes up he smells a sweet ham cooking, but then the police come to arrest the boy's father for stealing the ham.Sounder runs away after getting shot.From then on the boy's life will never be the same again.

I recommend this book for a friend to read because it makes you think about how lucky you are, but the book is really sad.

Harry Potter is about a boy named Harry Potter.His parents got killed from lord voldamort.You should Know Harrys family are wizards.When Harrys mom and dad are killed Harry gos to his moms sisters house to live.Duddly a boy Harry lives with is a horror to live with.He and his friends pick on Harry.Finally when Harrys 11 He gets his letter to go Hogwarts.Hogwarts is a school for witches and wizards.Hagrid a small giant gos with Harry to Diogonally.Thats where Harry got his wand, books,robes,his money,and most important his owl that Hagrid got him.Harry named her Hedwig.When Harry gets on the train to Hogwarts he meets Ron Waesly and Hermine Granger.Harry also meets his enemy for life named Draco Mothvoe.Harry gets sorted into Griffindor.So does Ron and Hermine.there are 4 houses to get sorted into.They are Griffindor,Ravenclaw,hufflepuff, and Slytherin.Griffindor is for brave wizards.Ravenclaw is for smart people.Hufflepuff is for loyald people.Slytherin is for bad people or at least people think that.And i think if you want to know more you should read the book.
