Dear Mr. Henshaw- AJ

In Dear Mr. Henshaw the story starts when Leigh Botts’ teacher reads Ways to Amuse a Dog by Mr. Henshaw to him and his class. Leigh liked ways to amuse a Dog so much he wrote a letter to Mr. Henshaw for a school project. In the middle of the story, when the problems start is when Leigh’s dad, who is a trucker loses Leigh’s dog bandit. Leigh also discovers someone keeps stealing food from his lunchbox. Mr. Fridley, the janitor suggests he put a burglar alarm on his lunchbox. The end of the story Leigh finally gets the burglar alarm and the thief never stole anything again. Also Leigh’s dad shows up with bandit. He said he contacted another driver on his CB radio and that the driver had bandit. But Leigh loved that his dad had driven like one thousand miles for him.

I would recommend this book for you to read because it’s not like any book I’ve ever read it’s very very unique.
